Rose was employed at a large brokerage in Colorado Springs, and was actively involved in the property management division of the brokerage with responsibility of over 600+ properties. We are active members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and are well versed on current trends and regulations in the rental market. We are equally as excited about working with prospective renters looking for a rental, or property owners looking for a management company for their rental property.
