Started in 2010, by Rose, when she set out on her own to create a Real Estate and Property management company with a more personal approach. Locally owned, and family run RS Property Management strives to treat each home like our own.
About the team:
Rose Gunnels - Rose moved to Colorado in 2000 from Nebraska. She has called Colorado home ever since and cant imagine living anywhere else. She became a Realtor in 2002. She began to specialize in Property management in 2004. "I love the career path I have chosen. It allows me to meet people every day. It is one of the best parts of my job!"
Jessica Timmermans - Joined her mom, Rosie, at RS Property Management in 2017, after moving back to Colorado Springs. She became a Realtor in 2018. Jessi enjoys working with our potential tenants to find a home that works for their needs.
